To clean it, remove the LED light and wash with warm water and mild soap, then rinse it off and spray with a toy cleaner before drying with a soft towel and storing in a cool, dark place. Use only with water-based or silicone-based lubricants for best results.
After doing any needed warm-up stretching, lube up the dilator and slip it inside. Place your fingers inside the tunnel to help guide it in until the sphincter squeezes around the neck and the toy stops at the flared base. To make things easier, have the LED light already inserted into the toy and turned on.
