Orders are charged and processed immediately, so cancellations aren’t possible. For health/safety, returns aren’t accepted for used, opened, or intimate items (e.g., toys, lingerie, harnesses, piercing items). Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Damaged/defective items can be exchanged within 7 days; after that, contact the manufacturer.

We ship quickly, securely, and discreetly. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; expedited arrives in 1–3. Rates are shown at checkout by method, location, and order size.
