For health/safety, returns aren’t accepted for used, opened, or intimate items (e.g., toys, lingerie, harnesses, piercing items). Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Damaged/defective items can be exchanged within 7 days; after that, contact the manufacturer.
