Order Cancellation & Returns
Orders are charged and processed immediately, so cancellations aren’t possible. For health/safety, returns aren’t accepted for used, opened, or intimate items (e.g., toys, lingerie, harnesses, piercing items). Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Damaged/defective items can be exchanged within 7 days; after that, contact the manufacturer.

Shipping Information
We ship quickly, securely, and discreetly. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days; expedited arrives in 1–3. Rates are shown at checkout by method, location, and order size. U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts) get free standard shipping. All orders arrive in plain, unmarked packaging. Orders process in 1–2 business days, with tracking emailed once shipped.
